Karen Luckett has proudly served buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Houston area since 2004. With more than 22 years of real estate experience, she has built her business on integrity, exceptional communication, and a genuine commitment to putting her clients' needs first. Karen serves clients throughout Tomball, Spring, Cypress, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Northwest Houston, Montgomery County, the Greater Houston area, and the Texas Gulf Coast. Her extensive knowledge of local neighborhoods, market trends, home construction, and the buying and selling process allows her to provide valuable insight and strong representation in every transaction.

Before beginning her real estate career, Karen spent many years in customer service, administration, and land surveying. Those experiences strengthened her communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while giving her a solid understanding of property and land development, knowledge that continues to benefit her clients today.

A fourth-generation Texan, Karen grew up in the Fort Worth area before making Spring and Tomball her home in 1993. Her passion for Houston and the surrounding communities, combined with her dedication to serving others, has helped her build lasting relationships with clients who continue to trust and recommend her to their family and friends.

Karen lives in Tomball with her husband and their two German Shepherds. When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, she enjoys gardening, camping, spending time outdoors, and exploring everything Texas has to offer. She is also proud to support cancer research and the Wounded Warrior Project.
